Community Manager

We are pleased to introduce your Community Manager Andrea Dao (pronounced Dow) to the Bridgewalk Homeowners Association. Andrea can be reached the contact information below. 

Responsibilities: An HOA community manager is responsible for enforcing rules and regulations, overseeing maintenance, collecting fees, managing finances, and facilitating communication with residents.

Andrea Dao, CMCA, AMS, LCAM has over seventeen years’ experience in community association management and has relocated to Orlando from the Washington DC/Virginia area. Andrea’s community portfolios in the DC area included condominiums, single family homes, townhomes, and lastly a largescale master planned community of over 8,500 homes.

Andrea’s dedication to the industry continues through her Community Association Institute’s membership and nationally recognized professional designations. She has earned and maintains the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) designation.

When not in the office Andrea enjoys playing competitive USTA tennis leagues, golfing with her family and will always greet you with an enthusiastic smile and words of encouragement!
