Please ensure your autopay settings are updated with the correct monthly dues for your lot type:

• Initial Phase 40’ Lot: $143.00/month
• Initial Phase 50’ Lot: $154.00/month
• Initial Phase 60’ Lot: $165.00/month
• Initial Phase Townhome: $280.00/month
• Spring Head 40’ Lot: $192.00/month
• Spring Head 50’ Lot: $203.00/month
• Spring Head 60’ Lot: $214.00/month
• Spring Head Townhome: $329.00/month 

Payments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 10th. Please note Artemis Lifestyles cannot update autopay settings for you.
