Pool Area Reminders
As we head into cooler months, please help us keep the pool area clean and enjoyable for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

• Clean Up Before You Leave
  Close umbrellas, straighten furniture, and dispose of all trash properly. Leave the space as you’d like to find it.
• Secure the Gates
  Always close the entrance gates fully. Do not prop them open — this is a serious safety concern. Unattended children could enter or exit the pool area unnoticed.
• Fitness Center Access
  Do not open the fitness center door for nonmembers. Only Bridgewalk members should access the amenity and fitness centers. This is especially important during school breaks when youth may be looking for unsupervised hangout spots.
• BBQ Grill Etiquette
  If you use the grill area, please scrape the grill and wipe down all counters when you’re finished.
• Trash Disposal
  Avoid overfilling trash cans with large items like pizza boxes or bulky containers. If needed, take excess trash home and dispose of it there.

2026 Autopay Settings Reminder beginning January 1, 2026

Please ensure your autopay settings are updated with the correct monthly dues for your lot type:

• Initial Phase 40’ Lot: $143.00/month
• Initial Phase 50’ Lot: $154.00/month
• Initial Phase 60’ Lot: $165.00/month
• Initial Phase Townhome: $280.00/month
• Spring Head 40’ Lot: $192.00/month
• Spring Head 50’ Lot: $203.00/month
• Spring Head 60’ Lot: $214.00/month
• Spring Head Townhome: $329.00/month 

Payments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 10th. Please note Artemis Lifestyles cannot update autopay settings for you.
