Don’t Forget to Update Your Autopay Settings- Beginning on January 1, 2025, assessments will be:

40’ Lot- $152.00 Monthly
50’ Lot- $165.00 Monthly
60’ Lot- $177.00 Monthly
Townhome – $287.00 Monthly

Please be sure to change your payment amount, and any autopay settings online or with your bank to avoid any late fees. Artemis Lifestyles is not permitted to make these changes for you. All payments are due on the 1st and late on the 10th.
